I am Triple D, a professional drummer, producer, and educator based in Los Angeles.

Music has shaped my life through challenge, growth, uncertainty, and years of commitment to the work. This platform is about sharing that journey in a way that feels honest, useful, and human, while helping people go deeper into their own voice.

Worked with artists including Papa Roach, Eryn Allen Kane, and Carole King.
